The Erath County Republican Party invites you to a showing of two David Barton Videos “Keys to Good Government” and “The Foundations of American Government”.  David Barton is the founder of Wall Builders  www.wallbuilders.com.  Their purpose is : Presenting America’s forgotten history and heroes with an emphasis on our moral, religious, and constitutional heritage.  David Barton is a well known national speaker and is highly sought after for his knowledge of our nation’s history and founding documents.  His lectures are well worth the time!

This is a fundraising event.  We are raising money to help finance our Campaign Headquarters and the cost of campaign materials.  Donations will be accepted at the door. The videos last about an hour and a half.    Everyone is welcome.  If you have children or grandchildren junior high age and up, this would be a great way to give them a well researched understanding of the founding of our nation.  Bring your Republican neighbors.  Refreshments will be served.

The Chamber of Commerce is providing a ribbon cutting ceremony for our Campaign Headquarters.  We would like to have as many of our Republican faithful in attendance as possible.  The Empire Tribune will be there to take a photo for the newspaper.  There will be an Open House and refreshments will be served.  Come on out and bring your families.

BLOCK WALK PARTY

The John Carter campaign is organizing a block walk for Saturday, Sept 27.  That is a week from Saturday.  We will go door to door encouraging people to vote for John Carter, Sid Miller, and the other Republican candidates and handing out campaign packets.  The Carter people will have a script for us to follow.  We will be going to a designated list of Republican homes in precinct 45, 46, and possibly 47.  There will be several people from the Carter organization here.  Also, Cody Bedwell has lined up several people from the College Republicans.  I will be there and Kathy Shafer said she will participate.  We will meet at the Campaign Headquarters at 8:00 AM and it should last until about noon.
